My Orwell desk was made as a commission for a socialist writer.
This large desk is made from Quarter Sawn Oak, with Black Ebonised Oak and Maple Drawers.

A substantial desk for a socialist writer
There are 2 large filing drawers and 2 large side drawers that are mounted on smooth auto close runners. There are also two discrete drawers that are in the middle of the desk with slots for special pens.
The desk has built in electrics with plug sockets and USB points available under a lid in the top. There is also a special secret drawer that drops down via a hidden switch to hide your special items!!
